Copyright holder is Sam Mellish Photography, not a work from the 10 Downing Street, thus the CC license is invalid A1Cafel (talk) 03:30, 3 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Agree as uploader, hadn't viewed this. Maybe they didn't understand the system. Blythwood (talk) Blythwood (talk) 04:41, 3 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Ambiguous At first, I was so convinced this was a copyvio that I nominated it for speedy deletion. However, looking at a 2012 archive of the Flickr page shows that it was indeed licensed under CC-BY. The description gives credit to Sam Mellish, so it seems clear the PMO got permission from the photographer to post it under that license. It would be very surprising to me that they would upload someone else's work either without permission or with the wrong license. MrAureliusR (talk) 03:09, 6 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]
[1] says Material marked as the copyright of a third party may only be re-used with permission from the rights holder., isn't this marked as a 3rd party? —Matrix(!) ping onewhen replying {user - talk? - uselesscontributions} 10:04, 20 July 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted: per Matrix, if Mellish clarifies this to VRT, it can be undeleted. --Abzeronow (talk) 00:35, 22 July 2025 (UTC)[reply]
